DYLON Fabric Stripper removes colour from natural fabrics (plant and animal fibres), so that it is suitable for dyeing to a lighter colour.  Not all natural fabrics may discharge in colour.  It is not recommended for synthetic fabrics or for use with fabrics with special finishes such as dry clean only or waterproofing.  Use when you want to dye to a lighter colour than the original colour of the fabric. ie: from black to red or navy to light blue.  Use when you want to change from one strong colour to another without the colours mixing. ie: red to blue
