Accessory Dyeing is categorized as gloves, hats and tights. We do not dye lace and trims with unknown or polyester fibre content.
Gloves & Silk Ties
The gloves that we find dye best have a content of nylon and spandex. The gloves are highly reflective so they always appear a little bit lighter than what they actually are (especially with the camera flash). The blue pair of gloves in the middle photo were dyed to match fabric that had a warp of black and a weft of turquoise. We dyed the gloves to match a tone in between. Ties to be dyed must be 100% silk.
