Synthrapol: This concentrated washing agent is used in two
different ways. First it helps to scour fabrics and remove sizing prior to
dyeing. Secondly it helps to prevent bleeding and stop run off of
excessive dye particles when rinsing out the DYLON Cold Water Dyes directly
after dyeing.

Urea: This is commonly used in hand cream as it
attracts moisture from the air. It is used when mottle (low water immersion) dyeing,
tie-dyeing, hand painting or silk-screening when using the DYLON Cold Water Dyes.
It helps to draw moisture and keeps fabric damp for longer so the dye will
yield deeper shades. 1 lb size only

Print Paste Mix: Also known as "sodium alginate" it is essentially
made from seaweed and is used as a thickening agent with DYLON Cold Water dyes
for hand painting and silk-screening. Mixed 3-5 Tablespoons of print
paste mix with 1 Litre of warm water. Stir constantly for 20 minutes-1/2
hour and leave overnight. Mix with DYLON Cold Water dye to desired
consistency. Mix well. Keep for 1 week refrigerated. 50ml size only $5.00
