Services Ordering Questions Shipping Contact Dye Pro Services can dye yardage to a maximum of 25 meters at one time (based on a cotton shirt weight fabric). Should you wish fabric sampling to be done first please refer to our manufacturing sampling guide. Without sampling we try to get as close as possible to the swatch colour we receive. The scarlet red coloured fabric is 25 meters of 100% cotton twill dyed to match the paint swatch on the right side of the photo. The dark grey fabric to the right is 100 meters of 100% cotton canvas dyed in 4 vats of 25 meters. Please note there is some colour distortion due to the camera flash. 8 meters of hand beaded silk chiffon dyed to a flesh tone. Chiffon dyed to match a shoe White cotton jersey dyed to these three gradations of cream and browns. Yardage and detail photos of silk chiffon with cotton beaded tails dyed to a dark peacock turquoise blue. Generally the silk will always take more dye and at a faster pace than a cotton. You can see on the after detail photo that the 'beaded tails' are quite a bit lighter adding fantastic detail.
Above: A detail of silk charmeuse dyed to match this ready made garment Some items designed and constructed by Kathleen Todoruk of Todoruk Designs at Sig Plach. White silk tulle dyed to match this blue silk-satin swatch. The four pictures below show before and after shots of a beautiful 100% woven wool fabric that was over dyed to a medium olive shade. Above: The pink silk fabric above are dyed as fabric and made into this stunning dress to the right. Couturier is Kathleen Todoruk of Todoruk Designs in Edmonton. The chiffon is so light that sometimes we cannot get the fibres to saturate as much dye so the match may be less intense/lighter than what was given for this reason. We can only achieve fluorescent pink, yellow, blue and violet colours on silk. 15meters of cotton jacquard over dyed. Wool Yardage Dyed to a beautiful heather grey. Some wool that has been mottle dyed in various shades. White chiffon below dyed to match the red satin. Yellow linen dyed to a rich dark brick red. A very heavy spandex dyed to a dark blue. Cream cotton stretch that has been dyed 10m dark brown and 10m tan. Off white canvas dyed to bright yellow. Canvas does not always dye evenly, due to the sizing in the fabric that is difficult to fully remove prior to dyeing. Fabric brought to us that came to us mottle dyed (to the left) by someone else that we re-dyed to look softer and brighter (to the right). White Nylon dyed to match the velvet hair scrunchie. White silk charmeuse custom dyed to this smoky green. 45 meters of silk chiffon dyed to a stunning light olive colour. Fabric shows before final pressing. |
