All orders must be pre-paid prior to shipping. Please do not fax us your company's internal PO without our completed order form. Thank you.

US/International Duties:  

Duties to the USA for our dyes are approximately 3.1%.  DYLON dyes are manufactured in Europe and US Customs will apply duties charges as they enter into the USA.  Additional service charges will vary depending on the charges from the postage and/or various courier companies.  Dye Pro Services will cover shipping charges in the invoice however the customs and duties charges are additional and will be charged to you directly after you receive your shipment from whatever postage or courier company you choose to deal with.  It is not the responsibility of Dye Pro Services to cover these additional charges.

Shipping:  

Clients can choose the following methods for return shipping on any of our ordering forms.   For orders destined to the US,  Canada and/or US Customs may hold orders for any reason.  Very occasional delays may occur but are not usual.

We do not guarantee next day service with Canada Post.

Canada Post Expedited Service (5-10 business days depending on distance/location)

We will ship Fed Ex only if we are provided with your Air FedEx account #.  We only ship air service and do not offer to ship via FedEx Ground.

Insurance:  

Clients can choose either no insurance or insurance on the full value of goods. This must be selected either way on the order form.  Dye Pro Services is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

Handling:  

All orders are subject to a handling fee. $5 ($0-$300), $10 ($301-999), $15 ($1,000+). This nominal fee covers packaging materials, Accompanying materials such as paper fabric charts, MSDS sheets, instruction sheets and completion of any customs and shipping paperwork.

Return Policy:

You may return all of the 1lb tins only within 30 days providing all clips are still on the tins.  A restocking fee of 10% will apply.

All Introductory Kits, 1/2 lb sizes, chemicals and the Satin Shoe Dye are non-refundable and are final sale.
